“SCBX ผนึก “จุฬาฯ” ลงนามความร่วมมือด้านเทคโนโลยีควอนตัม

เร่งวางรากฐานโครงสร้างพื้นฐานเทคโนโลยีไทย พร้อมขับเคลื่อนระบบการเงินสู่ยุคควอนตัม

 

กรุงเทพฯ – 8 พฤษภาคม 2569 – บริษัท เอสซีบี เอกซ์ จำกัด (มหาชน) (SCBX) ประกาศความร่วมมือเชิงกลยุทธ์กับจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย โดยคณะวิทยาศาสตร์ และศูนย์สยามควอนตัมสแควร์ (Siam Quantum Square: SQ²) ผ่านการลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลง (MOU) เพื่อขับเคลื่อนการวิจัย พัฒนา และต่อยอดการใช้งานเทคโนโลยีควอนตัมในภาคการเงิน พร้อมยกระดับขีดความสามารถด้านเทคโนโลยีของประเทศไทยในระยะยาว

 

ความร่วมมือครั้งนี้สะท้อนวิสัยทัศน์ของ SCBX ในการเป็นผู้นำด้านเทคโนโลยีทางการเงิน ที่ไม่เพียงเร่งสร้างนวัตกรรมภายในองค์กร แต่ยังมุ่งวางรากฐานเชิงโครงสร้างเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมให้กับประเทศในการรับมือกับคลื่นเทคโนโลยีแห่งอนาคต โดยเฉพาะ Quantum Technology ซึ่งกำลังเป็น Next Frontier ที่จะเข้ามาพลิกโฉมอุตสาหกรรมการเงินอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ

 

ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วิเลิศ ภูริวัชร อธิการบดีจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย กล่าวว่า “เทคโนโลยีควอนตัมเป็นหนึ่งในเทคโนโลยีพลิกโลก (Disruptive Technology) ที่จะเปลี่ยนภูมิทัศน์ของวิทยาศาสตร์ เศรษฐกิจ และสังคมในทศวรรษหน้า และเป็นคลื่นแห่งการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ยิ่งใหญ่ยิ่งกว่ายุคปัญญาประดิษฐ์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยจึงยกให้เป็นวาระเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ของมหาวิทยาลัย โดยมุ่งเป็นพลังขับเคลื่อนประเทศ (Diving Force) ผ่านการเชื่อมโยงองค์ความรู้จากห้องปฏิบัติการสู่โลกอุตสาหกรรม เพื่อให้วิทยาศาสตร์สร้างคุณค่าได้จริง ทั้งในเชิงเศรษฐกิจและเชิงสังคม การที่ SCBX ซึ่งเป็นผู้นำด้านนวัตกรรมการเงินของประเทศ ได้เลือกจุฬาฯ เป็นพันธมิตรเชิงกลยุทธ์ในด้านเทคโนโลยีควอนตัม ถือเป็นความไว้วางใจอันมีค่า และเป็นเครื่องยืนยันถึงศักยภาพของบุคลากรและงานวิจัยของมหาวิทยาลัย ความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้จะเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของความร่วมมือที่ยั่งยืน เกิดผลงานวิจัยที่สร้างผลกระทบสูง บ่มเพาะบุคลากรควอนตัมรุ่นใหม่ที่มีคุณภาพ และยกระดับประเทศไทยให้เป็นศูนย์กลางของเทคโนโลยีควอนตัมแห่งหนึ่งในภูมิภาคอาเซียน”

ขับเคลื่อนความร่วมมือผ่าน 5 เสาหลักเชิงยุทธศาสตร์

ภายใต้กรอบความร่วมมือ SCBX และจุฬาฯ จะร่วมกันดำเนินงานใน 5 มิติสำคัญ ครอบคลุมตั้งแต่งานวิจัยเชิงลึกไปจนถึงการสร้าง ecosystem ระดับประเทศ ได้แก่:

1. การวิจัยควอนตัมและการต่อยอดทางวิชาการ (Frontier Research & Practical Knowledge Creation)

ร่วมพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ด้านควอนตัมในระดับแนวหน้า โดยมุ่งเน้นการประยุกต์ใช้ในภาคการเงิน (Banking with Quantum) พร้อมต่อยอดสู่การใช้งานจริงในโจทย์ธุรกิจที่มีศักยภาพสูง อาทิ การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการจัดสรรพอร์ตการลงทุน (Portfolio Optimization with Quantum Algorithms) และ การยกระดับการตรวจจับการทุจริต (Fraud Detection with Quantum Machine Learning) ควบคู่กับการเผยแพร่ผลงานในเวทีวิชาการระดับนานาชาติ เพื่อสร้างองค์ความรู้ที่เชื่อมโยงงานวิจัยกับการใช้งานจริงในอุตสาหกรรม

2. การค้นคว้า ทดลอง และตรวจสอบการประยุกต์ใช้ (Use Case Discovery & Pilot Validation)

ร่วมกันค้นหาและประเมินศักยภาพของ Quantum Use Cases ผ่านกระบวนการ Discovery อย่างเป็นระบบ ก่อนต่อยอดสู่โครงการนำร่องขนาดเล็ก (Pilot Programs) เพื่อทดสอบความเป็นไปได้ทั้งเชิงเทคนิคและผลกระทบทางธุรกิจในสภาพแวดล้อมจริง

3. การแลกเปลี่ยนและพัฒนาบุคลากร (Talent & Capability Development)

พัฒนาบุคลากรและสร้าง talent pipeline ด้านควอนตัม ผ่านโครงการฝึกงานนิสิตจุฬาฯ (Internship) ที่ SCBX และโครงการแลกเปลี่ยนบุคลากร (Residency/Exchange) ของ SCBX ที่ศูนย์ SQ² และโครงการพี่เลี้ยง (Mentorship) ระหว่างนักวิชาการและบุคลากรเทคโนโลยี เพื่อเชื่อมโยงองค์ความรู้เชิงวิชาการเข้ากับการใช้งานจริงในภาคอุตสาหกรรม

4. การสร้างระบบนิเวศและการศึกษาด้านเทคโนโลยี (Ecosystem Building & Industry Activation)

ร่วมสร้าง ecosystem ด้านควอนตัมของประเทศไทย ผ่านการจัด Workshops การจัดงาน Quantum Industry Day และ Innovation Challenges เพื่อกระตุ้นการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีและเปิดโอกาสให้เกิดนวัตกรรมที่สามารถต่อยอดเชิงพาณิชย์ได้

5. การมองอนาคตเชิงกลยุทธ์และการสร้างความตระหนักรู้แก่สังคม (Strategic Foresight & Public Engagement)

ร่วมจัดทำรายงาน “SCBX Quantum Outlook” เพื่อเผยแพร่ข้อมูล Insights เชิงกลยุทธ์ และขับเคลื่อนการสื่อสารองค์ความรู้สู่สาธารณะ เพื่อยกระดับความตระหนักรู้และเตรียมความพร้อมของประเทศในระยะยาว

 

ความร่วมมือระหว่าง SCBX และจุฬาฯ ในครั้งนี้ ถือเป็นก้าวสำคัญของการผสานพลังระหว่างภาคการศึกษาและภาคเอกชน เพื่อร่วมกันวางรากฐาน ecosystem เทคโนโลยีขั้นสูงของประเทศ และเสริมสร้างศักยภาพการแข่งขันของไทยในเวทีโลกในระยะยาว

Systematically identifying and assessing high-potential quantum use cases through structured discovery processes, followed by targeted pilot programs to validate both technical feasibility and business impact in controlled environments before scaling.

3. Talent & Capability Development

Developing a robust talent pipeline through internship programs, institutional exchanges, and structured mentorship initiatives—bridging academic theory with industry practice and strengthening Thailand’s long-term capabilities in quantum technologies.

4. Ecosystem Building & Industry Activation

Fostering a national quantum ecosystem through industry workshops, Quantum Industry Day events, and innovation challenges, with the objective of accelerating technology adoption and enabling commercially viable innovation.

Co-developing the “SCBX Quantum Outlook” report to provide forward-looking insights into the evolution of quantum technologies, alongside public engagement initiatives aimed at raising awareness and enhancing national readiness.
